ACM/AFT

Our office provides digital course materials which is in the form of Accessible Course Materials/Alternate Format Text (ACM/AFT). This is so that your course materials can be read aloud to you anytime you use Text To Speech. If you are not approved for ACM/AFT as an accommodation, and are considering it please see our page on Is ACM/AFT Right for you.

Arranging your ACM/AFT intake meeting

Within a few days of your approval by ODS, you should receive an email advising you to meet with a technology specialist. To do so, click on the Schedule your intake button below, which will guide you step by step through the process.

Preparing for your meeting

1. Activate your Box Account.
   First-time users to Rutgers Box will need to click sign up to activate your account. Box is the primary way we will be distributing your course files to you.
2. Review our Recommended Tools 
   We will review this with you during your intake.

Attending your Intake

We are currently only conducting online intakes appointments.  Please follow these instructions:
