Those students requiring reasonable accommodations related to a disability for housing on any Rutgers Campus, should visit the following campus web sites and complete the Housing Accommodation Form:
Camden:
Students requiring accommodations for on-campus housing for the Camden campus:
- Complete Housing Disability Request Form: Housing Disability Request Form
- Have your treating professional fill out the Housing Accommodation Documentation Form
- Please reach out the Office of Disability Services (ODS) with questions.
Students should visit the Camden Housing and Residence Life website for the latest information about living on campus.
New Brunswick:
Students requiring accommodations for on-campus housing for the New Brunswick campus:
- Those students requiring reasonable accommodations related to a disability for housing on the New Brunswick Campus, should visit the New Brunswick Office of Housing and Residence Life website for the latest information about living on campus.
- Complete the Housing Disability Request Form
- Have your treating professional fill out the Housing Accommodation Documentation Form.
Newark:
Students requiring accommodations for on-campus housing for the Newark campus:
- Should request an accommodation by completing the Registration form
- Have your treating professional complete the appropriate form found on Documentation Principles and Guidelines
Students should visit the Newark Office of Housing and Residence Life website for the latest information about living on campus.
Dining:
Those students requiring a specialized diet for medical reasons should follow the procedures outlined below for each Rutgers campus:
Camden:
- Gourmet Dining employs a Registered Dietitian to assist students with specialized dietary needs.
- Students requiring a specialized diet for medical needs can schedule a meeting with the dietitian to discuss an individualized nutrition care plan by filling out the Dining request form
New Brunswick:
- Dining Services employs a Nutritionist / Registered Dietitian to assist students with specialized dietary needs.
- Students requiring a specialized diet for medical needs such as celiac disease or food allergies can schedule a meeting with the Nutritionist to discuss an individualized nutrition care plan.
- Students can also complete and submit the Medical and Dietary Consideration Form.
